Warwick
Director of Advertising and Sales
Mark began his love affair with Hendersonville
in 1987 when he first came to Flat Rock Playhouse as an acting intern.
After 10 years as a professional actor, he came back to
Hendersonville to begin a career in radio at WTZQ. He currently
heads up the advertising and sales activities at the station.
Mark is a graduate of Western Carolina University with a Bachelor
of Science Degree in Radio, Television and Film, with a double major
in Speech and Theater Arts.
Lynne Strickland
Sales Representative
Lynne is a native of Hendersonville who graduated from Furman University. While employed as the Studio Creative Director at Henderson Advertising, she worked on accounts such as DowBrands, Michelin and Milliken. She was recruited by D'Arcy Masius Benton & Bowles, where she worked for 11 years on accounts like Budweiser, Coca-Cola, Major League Baseball, Dennys, Proctor & Gamble and General Motors. Following the birth of her daughter, she returned to the mountains, where she enjoys trail running, hiking and spending time with her family. Lynne is currently restoring and living in a 100-year-old house with her husband Marc Hetrick and her daughter Kaitlyn Capps.
Kathy Gallagher
Traffic Coordinator

Kathy Gallagher moved to Hendersonville in 1977 from Miami and has spent more than 30 years in the bookkeeping field. She has 2 daughters and 4 grandchildren that she enjoys spending time with. She is a member of First United Methodist Church in Hendersonville, where she is active in the Alma Lee Cheves Sunday School Class. Kathy says she enjoys working at WTZQ because everyone is "just like family."
Tom Brown
Engineer
Tom Brown was born and raised here in Hendersonville. When he was 11, the family moved to Tampa, Florida, and after many years, Tom got a chance to buy back the family home, and so he returned to Hendersonville in the summer of 2004. He has studied and worked with music, electronics and audio since the late 50s. He plays guitar, bass and keyboards, and has been in a number of professional show-groups up to 9 pieces, and has recorded in several studios, including the renowned Sam Phillips Studio in Memphis. Tom has been a very successful one-man-band now for more than 30 years, and has been helping WTZQ with technical issues since 2005. He can also be seen performing at many of the live remote broadcasts.
